DNA helix style glass sided spiral staircase
Our most popular DNA helix style glass sided spiral staircase is available in 1.6m, 1.8m and 2m standard diameters. The minimal curve toughened glass balustrade really sets this staircase apart from any other staircase commonly available in the residential market place. Such style, design and specification make a real focal point to any building project and would usually only be available within the high end commercial market.

We manage to minimise our costs by mass producing and holding in stock all of the modular components common to each stair and then just make the curved glass to suit the exact heights and orientation required, this also helps to speed up production times. The stair can be designed to attach to the side of a mezzanine floor by way of a top platform, or can come up through a floor well in the floor in a conventional manner. 12mm monolithic float toughened, back painted glass mounted on a helping hands support structure.
A contemporary project to create a Donald Judd coloured glass wall design, throughout a newly built block of luxury flats in Warton Road, Stratford. The end result is an innovative piece of art which is also a stunning visual centrepiece in the heart of Stratford.

The panels were placed vertically, horizontally and overhead in Alloy Fabweld’s specially designed and constructed stainless steel framework, on the interior and exterior concierge areas of the block of flats. Each glass panel has been attached with steel fixings, trimmed neatly with a stainless steel skirting. The wall abutting was then clad in mirror panels of similar dimension to the glass, to create an extremely bright and spectacular appearance

Feature glass sculptured stair
Feature glass sculptured stair with 15mm monolithic float toughened raking glass balustrade. Mild steel core with 16g satin DP1 316L stainless steel over clad wrapped stringers. Ergonomical tread supports with hardwood timber inlays. Feature wrap cap channel to harmonize sight line and protect glass edge. Stair designed to DOC K BS6399 part 1 & 2.
